The Apartment is on the first floor and there is no wheelchair access so it is not suitable for elderly or infirm visitors. Pets are not allowed

Outside

The apartments are set in carefully maintained gardens and olive groves with pleasant paths. All cars are accommodated in a car park just outside the Borgo gates so that effectively we have a peaceful pedestrian area. The only vehicles allowed are one or two electrical buggies which carry luggage and materials needed to service the apartments and gardens. Two major features are the swimming pools. One of these is heated and has a separate kiddies section.

Other Notes

While everything is available for self catering in the flat there are eating facilities within the estate. There is a quality restaurant in the Villa and an Enoteca wine bar serving pasta and pizza etc. both indoors and al fesco. Immediately out side the grounds is a pizzeria & just a few hundred yds away are two more restaurants. Further afield Palaia, 2mls away, has several restaurants & the surrounding area offers many delightful places to sample the delights of local Tuscan fare.
